James Blair joins Praxis as Director of Internet Marketing His focus is on increasing internet traffic and conversions by improving search term ranking and effective incoming linking. He has spent the past five years developing the tactics to help his clients' sites attain primary ranking positions for their critical keywords. Leif Fifer joins Praxis as Senior Interactive Art Director. Fifer possesses 17 years of experience in traditional and interactive design and development, most recently as proprietor of his own business, where he developed marketing tools principally in interactive media for a wide range of clients. Prior to that, Fifer was a web developer with Philly.com, the online news and information site for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News. Fifer is skilled in traditional art direction techniques as well as interactive media, plus backend development including content management systems, custom database programming, Flash, video, and others.
